I recently purchased this tire changing machine from Alabama Department of Transportation. It was purchased as working. It is a heavy duty tire changing machine. It has the ability to change tractor tires and large truck tires. It has a 240 volt input and a hydraulic system. I counted three moving hydraulic components. It has not been tested. I purchased last month and brought to Lee County from Mobile County. I'll be happy to help someone load it with my tractor.
