Call Center Representative nbsp;

We are hiring experienced call center professionals to support customer service operations in the insurance sector. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others. Prior experience in insurance is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and courtesy
Assist customers with account questions, billing concerns, and general inquiries
Record call details and customer interactions accurately in internal systems
Work collaboratively with team members to resolve issues and improve processes
Follow established procedures and maintain compliance with industry standards
Required Qualifications:
At least one year of experience in a call center environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and navigate computer systems efficiently
Customer-focused approach with problem-solving capabilities
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus
