The gated property is safe and quiet, well kept, and only 1.5 north of campus/downtown. Amenities include: Outside Pool, next to Tiger Transit stop, and plenty of off-street parking. Balcony with outside storage room on 3rd floor unit. Vaulted ceiling in living room. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and dining area. Appliances include: Refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, full-size Washer & Dryer in unit, toaster, vacuum cleaner, clothes iron & ironing board.
The other male roommate in other bedroom is an Auburn senior business major who's graduating in May but is staying in his room and will work remotely. He's clean, quiet and respectful. His hobbies include running, golf, watching TV/sports, and playing video games.
Rent will be $700/month and includes water. Electric and Internet is split in half (~$120/mo each) and I'll add to rent bill each month. NO pets and NO smoking/vaping please. Serious inquiries only. Showings will need to be scheduled with the tenant who's leaving when it's convenient.
