1974 jeep cherokee 2 door 360 manual in floor (doesn't run, hot battery and starter isn't engaging). Plugs are pulled and cylinders are soaking. Will manually spin over with socket when I get a chance. Floors and lower areas have rust but is fixable. vehicle was in Colorado at one point, bill of sale from prior owner is what I have for it.
