Red Tiny Toy Poodle (needs special attention)

I have a tiny red toy poodle female that was born on July 20th. So she is 5 months old. She needs someone who can be home with her all the time because she is deaf. When I got her I had a lot more time. But my hours at work have changed and my kids are not spending time with her like they said they would. She’s very sweet and loves attention and cuddles. I am asking $400 for her rehoming fee but willing to negotiate for the right home. Please TEXT me if you’re interested. I can not always answer calls, but if you seem like the right fit for her then we can talk on the phone.
