Growing service-based national company is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations, client communication, and website updates.
This is a part-time role (approximately 24 hours per week) with a flexible, week-to-week schedule. Hybrid role: remote work with in-person availability in Downtown Opelika as needed. Local Auburn/Opelika/Dadeville/AlexCity candidates preferred.
Example weekly schedules may include:
• Mon / Thurs / Fri
• Tues / Wed / Fri
• Other combinations as needed
What You’ll Do:
• Manage email and phone communication with clients
• Assist with scheduling and coordination
• Update website content (pages, products, basic edits)
• Support general administrative tasks and internal operations
• Help keep systems organized and running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong Mac proficiency (Apple ecosystem required)
• Experience with website management (WordPress or similar)
• Clear, professional communication (phone + email)
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
