Seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support landfill operations in Opelika, Alabama. This is an outdoor position working in a landfill environment.
Job Responsibilities
Perform general manual labor duties
Lift, move, and transport materials
Load and unload vehicles
Dig and refill holes as needed
Assist with site cleanup and maintenance
Follow all safety procedures and instructions
Complete other assigned duties as directed
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED preferred
No experience required (0–4 years experience accepted)
Must be reliable and dependable
Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 30 pounds
PPE Requirements
✅ Steel-Toed Boots Required
✅ Dress appropriately for weather conditions
✅ This position is performed outdoors in a landfill environment
