Currently hiring General Laborers for a temporary assignment in Opelika, Alabama. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and performing hands-on physical work in a landfill environment.
Responsibilities
Perform general manual labor tasks
Lift, move, and transport materials
Load and unload vehicles and equipment
Dig and refill holes as needed
Assist team members with daily landfill operations
Complete additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED preferred
No experience required (0–4 years of experience accepted)
Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliable transportation and attendance
PPE & Dress Code(Important)
Steel-toed boots are required
Dress appropriately for outdoor weather conditions
Work will be performed in an active landfill environment
Work Environment
Outdoor work setting with exposure to weather, dirt, odors, and noise
Physical labor involving lifting, carrying, and moving materials
