- In-office: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
- Salary: $60,000$65,000 annually
- Direct Hire nbsp;
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth-running workplace
- Manage office facilities, including maintenance coordination and vendor relationships
- Maintain inventory and supplies, placing orders and tracking usage
- Provide general office support to staff and leadership
- Assist with billing and invoicing, including sending invoices to customers
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and quality
