Both hoods will need body work before being painted or installed. They have some damage and visible wear from years of storage and farm use, including several old bullet holes from being stored out in rural fields for a long time. Aside from the cosmetic damage, the hoods are still solid overall and could definitely be repaired, restored, or used for parts depending on your project needs.
The early 60s hood has a classic older design that is becoming increasingly rare, while the 70s model hood is a good option for someone restoring or repairing a later-generation Kenworth truck. These older factory hoods are difficult to locate in usable condition, making this a good opportunity for collectors, restoration builders, or heavy truck enthusiasts.
I’m asking $1,400 cash for both hoods together. If you only need one, I’ll sell the early 1960s hood separately for $700 cash, and the 1970s to 1980 hood for $900 cash. Prices are firm and reflect the rarity and value of these parts.
Please understand these are older used truck parts, not perfect show-ready pieces. Expect scratches, dents, surface rust, and general wear consistent with age and outdoor storage. They are being sold as-is.
