All already hooked up, cable modem and TV cable box included. Kitchen includes Disposal, Dishwasher, Electric oven and stove and stacked washer/ dryer. Bedrooms will be unfurnished. Each bedroom has own closet space and bathroom (including own closet space, full shower/tub). Multiple closets in living room/ hallway area. Back porch including own storage closet and propane grill, also yours to keep. Apartment is last transit stop before campus, and is within easy biking distance. Parking is included in rent.
