Subleasing starting in January 2010 since I'll be graduating in December. The room for rent is in a townhouse at Deerfield I apartments that has 2BR and 2-1/2BA. Rent is $390 plus utilities and cable/internet which is usually around $130 a month. So, total cost per month is around $520.
The 3-story townhouse is huge and includes a big kitchen, deck, and basement (awesome for parties!). The room for rent is bigger than any other room I have seen in Auburn apartments and has 2 closets and a private bathroom with a shower. This townhouse is on the end of the row of houses and only shares one wall with another unit, so it is very quiet. My current roommate (a girl) will still be living there, but is a great, cool roommate who loves to have fun! The apartment complex is on Harper Avenue off of Ross. The Tiger Transit also picks up at the complex. No pets allowed.
