I am looking for someone to take over my lease from as soon as possible to July 2010. It is a one bedroom/one bath apartment close to downtown Auburn, right across from C- Zone parking lot. The rent is $425/month and it is owned by Auburn Realty. The apartment is upstairs, is very clean, and is furnished. It has a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, couch, bed (mattresses and frame), nightstand, chest of drawers, a tv stand, and a sofa table. There is wood lamenant flooring in kitchen and living room area and carpet in bedroom area. Water, cable, and internet are included in rent.
